Our Teachers

Nick Zijlstra. I was born and raised in the Netherlands, but I've spent more than twenty years living and working abroad — seven years in Germany and thirteen in Luxembourg. During that time, I worked with international agencies and picked up a lot of intercultural experience along the way.
I'm an enthusiastic person with plenty of hobbies: motorcycles, stealth camping, open‑air rock concerts… I enjoy anything that feels like an adventure.
These days, I use my international background to help older teenagers, adults, and corporate teams communicate more confidently in English. I teach small groups of up to six people, which means you get real interaction, personal feedback, and lessons that fit your industry and your goals. No rigid grammar books — just practical, real‑world communication.
Ready to speak English with confidence and impact? Let's unlock your global potential.

As someone who learned English as a second language, I understand the challenges students face. My goal is to help you speak with more confidence through practical, enjoyable, and supportive lessons.
I love connecting with people and I'm passionate about personal growth, psychology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, holistic health, and spending time in nature.
I believe learning English should be inspiring, fun, and something you look forward to!

In October 2025, I made the decision to move here and have enjoyed getting to know the country on a deeper level. I
I believe that every conversation is an opportunity to learn something new, and I love making connections with people from all over the world. I look forward to meeting new people, sharing stories, and continuing my journey here in the Czech Republic.
